By referring to us, even your turndowns and other hard-to-place loans, you can provide your client with funding options and earn a referral broker fee in the process. At FAB, we are committed to honoring our referral network.
Many brokers contact us with only the loan amount and property address, and we get to work right away. A more detailed loan application referred to us should typically include at least the following:
- Executive Summary / Loan Scenario
- Completed 1003/1008
- Recent Appraisal if available
- Preliminary Title Report
We can generally give you a verbal indication of our interest in the loan within a very short period of time (often in minutes at the initial call itself). Our funding can be in only a couple of days depending on the needs of the client, and is typically within five to nine days from receipt of all material listed above.
We do not ask you to fill out unnecessary forms or provide unnecessary documentation. We respect your time, and we make the referral process clean and easy.
